This includes indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or loss-of-chance damages — even if advised of the possibility.
Where liability cannot be fully excluded, Jules’s total liability to you for everything related to the site or a giveaway is limited to the lower of (a) the retail value of the specific prize for that giveaway, or (b) €0 (zero euro) if no prize is owed or the claim does not concern an awarded prize.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under applicable mandatory law (for example, fraud or willful misconduct where such exclusion is forbidden).

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at Jules’s place of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence cannot be waived. Courts of that place have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer venue rules.
